In early 2022, before the launch of KaryonFood, our team analyzed the local offering of a supermarket.


The director shows Florian, our CTO, a 100% local jam, produced by a small manufacturer.
An authentic, committed product… but one that doesn't sell.

 

For what ?
Because its price was not suited to the market.
No rotation → in other words, a future delisting.

 

The director stated it clearly:
"I don't have time to call each supplier to explain it to them."

 

At that moment, everything changed.
We understand that the problem is not the product, but the lack of visibility between suppliers and distributors.

That’s where KaryonFood was born

We built KaryonFood to:

  • give manufacturers a clear view of their performance,

  • help distributors collaborate more effectively,

  • strengthen local, sustainable, and agri-food sectors,

  • prevent good products from disappearing due to lack of information.

Since then, we’ve been helping the industry understand itself better

KaryonFood enables manufacturers to manage their sell-out, anticipate risks, optimize their assortments, and speak the same language as their distributors.

Because at the end of the day, our story is simple: more transparency, fewer delistings, and greater collective success.
