A regional supervisor of one of China’s food markets has declared a farm product traceability platform based on blockchain, big data, AI, and cloud computing told RFID World. The platform utilized by the Guangzhou Municipality’s Market Supervision Bureau intends to control the movement of food products and allow better market control for the management to assure food safety.
